Following the success of its ocean plastic trainers, which contain 95% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics sourced from ocean and beach clean-ups, sportswear brand Adidas has this month unveiled its first “mono-material” shoe – a running trainer which can be recycled whole.

In 2010, Dialight replaced fluorescent T8s and metal halide fixtures with LED lighting at the Singapore facility of the chemical manufacturer Lanxess (Fig. 3). In addition to meeting certifications for hazardous area use, the lighting also had to meet the Singapore standard SS 531, which recommends lux levels for different areas in a facility. It also had to meet the Green Mark requirements in SS 530, which defines the power consumption per square meter that has to be achieved for the lighting to be considered energy efficient.

On January 9, 2019, the Company entered into a Consulting Agreement with R. Nickolas Jones. As part of the agreement, Mr. Jones agrees to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, and Company Treasurer. In consideration for services rendered, he will be paid a consulting fee of $80 per hour. As part of the agreement, the share ownership and voting rights of the Mr. Jones in all matters presented to the shareholders of the Company will be equal to the share ownership and voting rights of Mr. David Massey. Such that if Mr. Massey is issued additional shares or voting rights in any form in the Company, Mr. Jones will also be issued an equal number of shares and or voting rights. This consulting agreement resulted in both a change of control, and a change of officer. The prior CFO and Treasurer, Mr. Jim DiPrima, was released from his duties at that same time.  The Consulting Agreement is attached hereto as an Exhibit.

The Class I, Div 2 LED luminaire works with a touchscreen management interface for operation. Up to 100 fixtures can be networked onto a single controller and banked to control zones for both on/off and dimming capabilities. As a result, lights do not have to be on 24/7, nor do the conventional fixtures suffer the wear and tear of typical operation. Integrated occupancy sensors can override scheduled off or dimmed states when someone enters the area. Ambient light sensors also harvest daylight to automatically dim the light fixtures when there is sufficient light coming through windows or skylights.
