“What is revolutionary is to have near real-time information about how people are moving,” Caldwell says. “That gives us the ability to see things we haven’t seen before. We can look at a baseball game at Petco Park downtown, and see how that affects people’s ability to move through the environment. We can see how a law enforcement event, like a traffic stop, impedes the ability to move.”

The Ministry of Power (MOP) is the administrative department of the government of India (GOI) primarily responsible for development of electrical energy in the country. The MOP is responsible for formulation of policy of the GOI, administration of the Electricity Act, and planning in relation to thermal and hydropower generation, transmission and distribution of electricity. The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) is the nodal agency of the GOI for promotion of renewable energy, both grid-connected and off-grid.
